VIA is implementing PRISM and Resolve, Inovaware's market leading software solutions specifically designed for service providers to manage billing, order management, provisioning, and marketing systems on a single, unified platform. VIA has already started the migration of its multiple billing, provisioning and customer service systems over to the Inovaware platform and anticipates significant savings in operational costs, as well as improvements in customer service, as a result of the project.
