With 16 offices in 10 countries, NTT Europe needed to invoice in 4 languages and had to be able accept subscriptions in 10 different currencies.
Thanks to a series of acquisitions across several countries, NTT Europe experienced rapid growth. However, new acquisitions also meant dealing with multiple billing systems and billing processes. Having a fragmented billing infrastructure was inefficient and costly. Inovaware replaced this fragmented infrastructure with a single instance of PRISM that allowed NTT Europe to standardize billing operations across Europe. Inovaware’s state-of-the-art OSS/BSS infrastructure allowed NTT Europe to reduce costs and focus on serving their expanding customer base.
